Decreased sexual performance is correlated with lowered hormonary supplies as the man grows older. There is a group of men who have always quite kept in the dark about the topic and after a long time get up with still having youthful desire to get their libido work at maximum level by taking extra vitamins.

What Vitamins Can Help Sexual Capacity?

1. Vitamin B1 and vitamin B2

Vitamin B1 is necessary if one is to have a normal functioning nervous system and it can be supportive in premature ejaculation and impotence. Bakers yeast, cereals, beans, potatoes, lean meat, as well as nuts and animal offal, are all rich in vitamin B1. Vitamin B2 will have an impact on the quality of sexual life. When there is an acute lack of vitamin B2 in the body, the metabolism of mucosal cells is affected, ruptures of the microvessels occur, the mucosa will become weak, and the mucosal layer will be damaged, causing dryness, congestion and rupture of the female vaginal wall, not only affects sexual desire, but also causes pain during sexual intercourse.

2. Vitamin B5 and vitamin B6

Adequate supplementation of vitamin B6 can stimulate sexual arousal and facilitate the attainment of an orgasm. Vitamin B5 can be found in such foods as pea, pepper and cauliflower, while mushrooms are also a good source of it. Vitamin B6 is one of the most important factors in the secretion of sex hormones. The main sources of vitamin B6 are potato, raisins, bananas, and spinach.

3. Vitamin E

Vitamin E can extend sperm vitality, regulate the gonadal function, and improve local blood circulation, thus enhancing the motility of capillaries in the reproductive organs, which, in turn, will activate the sexual desire and generate sperm. The quote, “Lean meat, walnut kernels, sesame seeds, peanuts, and dairy vegetable oils are rich in vitamin E” is true.

4.Vitamin C

Proper vitamin C supplementation can alleviate mental tension, promote the liquefaction of semen, remove free radicals, and prevent the genetic apparatus from damage. If the body lacks vitamin C, the delicate genetic gene will be destroyed, which lowers the fertilizing power, and eventually leads to male infertility. Kiwifruit, oranges, dates, hawthorn, and green peppers are all very good sources of vitamin C.

5. Vitamin B12

The cobalt amount determines the physiological activity of vitamin B12, and cobalt decreases the oxygen consumption of tissues, improves the resistance to lack of oxygen, and keeps tissues alive even in hypoxic areas. When the body lacks vitamin B12, the concentration of sperm in semen will be reduced, and the sexual function will be thus affected. Eat more pork, beef, animal liver, milk, and eggs which are rich in vitamin B12.

Doctor Warm reminder: You can’t take so-called aphrodisiac drugs blindly, otherwise, it will simply make your body more resistant. Participate more in physical exercise, take good care of your nutrition, and keep away from the bad habits of being picky and partial.
