However, cancer is still a terrible disease but it is not that dreadful if caught at the very initial stages. Most times, through the different treatment methods of modern medicine, if the cancers are first detected in the disease, and targeted treatment is done, the cure have great chances.

So, apart from removing the root of the disease, the main focus of cancer prevention also involves recognizing your own physical condition and being aware of the risk of cancer as early as possible. Talking about “abdominal abnormalities which are common in life, when these four changes occur, they can be early warning signs of multiple cancers”. At that point, going for medical check-up may be the only way to put off the fire of the disease at an early stage and prevent it from spreading.

1. Persistent abdominal pain versus pancreatic cancer

The main symptoms of pancreatic cancer are hardly noticeable at the beginning but can lead to persistent abdominal pain as the tumor enlarges. Tumors that are molded often press on the neighboring organs or nerves and this causes pain. At this time, the patients are usually with symptoms like loss of appetite, weight loss, and jaundice along with abdominal pain, which are very different from normal digestive tract discomfort and thus need more attention.

In particular, the upper abdominal pain caused by pancreatic lesions has been going on for a long time, which intensifies the symptoms after daily meals, and it is even difficult to get some relief of the pain by rest. The pain can also gradually move to the back or chest, and be a dull ache or colic that is felt.

2. Abdominal mass with colon cancer

The tumors from colon cancer may cause the blockage or twisting of the parts of the intestines resulting in the feeling of abdominal lumps. Along with the tumor growth, colon cancer can also cause the affected person to have some symptoms such as constipation, alternating diarrhea, and frequent appearance of blood in stools. Moreover, if the hard mass or lump is existent in the belly, it will continue to increase in size, and the touch will gradually become harder and the feeling of foreign matter will be obvious. The issue of abdominal distension is also more frequent after the stage has deepened, which, thus, has a significant impact on the quality of life.

3. Dyspepsia vs. Gastric Cancer

The early sign of gastric cancer is mostly the symptom of indigestion, especially the case of upset stomach that has happened after the meal. After a while, the symptoms can develop and may include stomach pain, difficulty in swallowing, a feeling of nausea, and vomiting all may occur one after another making the patient tired of handling them. Simultaneously, indigestion can make the patient’s absorption ability decay, hence it will be more difficult for the patient to keep in good spirits, and so the vicious cycle will continue.

Gastric cancer can be caused by various factors. For instance, people who eat unhealthily and drink alcohol frequently have to take good care of their digestive system and make a conscious effort to improve it once the disorder appears.

4. Ascites and ovarian cancer

The first few stages of ovarian cancer are mainly without symptoms but the tumor will cause fluid buildup in the abdomen as it grows, and the abdominal swelling will be the result. Ascites can make the increased feeling of abdominal distension in women, who in addition, may have gastrointestinal discomfort, frequent urge to urinate, loss of appetite, and other symptoms. In case this is the situation, particularly if women who are in menopause stage show these symptoms very often then, they should be cautious of the possibility of ovarian cancer.

Putting it shortly, cancer is not made in a day and thus it cannot be gotten rid of in a day as well. The multiple body feedbacks have already been warning before the enemy infiltrates. Taking the risk of treatment and investigating the cancer risk are the first steps in cancer prevention. On weekdays, if you develop the typical appearances mentioned above, do not think that you can overcome the situation by gritting your teeth. No matter how hard you “invest” in your health, it is not excessive.
