Liver disease is all dragged out? If there are 3 symptoms in the morning, it is the liver “asking for help”, don’t be careless

Individuals often comment that the stomach is like a trumpet and the liver is mute as when the stomach starts to get sick, very obvious discomforts we usually have, but it is very difficult for us to detect if there is a problem with the liver and gradually, minor diseases will inevitably be delayed to serious ones.

However, it is still very secretive when it comes to the liver leaving some “hints” that can be noticed. For instance, some minute uneasy “notions” of people getting up in the morning, perhaps, is the liver distress signal that it is sending and it’s better to listen to it than to ignore it!

1. Urine is dark yellow, intensely brown

The first urination that people do when they wake up in the morning, the urine is usually relatively yellow in color and is also accompanied by a noticeable odor, but this phenomenon is mainly caused by the body not ingesting water all night, making the urine concentration rise, and usually only after hydration, the urine color returns.

But if the yellowish color of urine does not change after drinking water, then you should be careful. First, look if it is closely connected to the food or medicine you take. For instance, if you eat a lot of oranges, carrots, or take a series of drugs such as B vitamins, the color of urine will be more yellow, but these are normal and people usually do not have to take too much care of it.

But if you have thrown away all the above reasons and the color of urine is still very yellow and brown, or it is strong brown in color and you have symptoms of upper abdominal discomfort, jaundice, etc., then you should be quite alert. Perhaps, there might be something that is not quite right with liver and gallbladder so that it is better to go to a doctor without delay.

2. Bitter mouth, bad breath, rancid smell in the mouth

Most people feeling bitter in their mouths when they wake up in the morning is mostly related to people breathing and wicking during their sleep, which leads to a large loss of water. This bitter mouth situation is often more apparent for people who smoke, drink or have stayed up late for a long time on weekdays, too.

On the contrary, if your daily life style is good, but you have persistent symptoms of bitter mouth, then you should be cautious. It may be due to the bile metabolism disorder in the body and be mostly associated with liver and gallbladder inflammation.

3. Bleeding gums while brushing

Many people after getting up in the morning, when they brush their teeth will have bleeding gums during brushing. It is recommended that you first brush your teeth more gently and also use a softer brushing if the phenomenon occurs more frequently. After a series of modifications, if the bleeding gums still exist, then it may be related to dental plaque and dental calculus induced inflammation of the gums.

Nevertheless, everyone must be very careful that in addition to issues in the mouth itself, which can cause bleeding gums, liver diseases may also bring about this symptom because when liver function becomes impaired, the efficiency of the production of the coagulation factor in the human body will be lowered, thus it is easy to have repeated bleeding in parts of the human body where the capillaries are relatively tightly distributed such as the oral cavity and nasal cavity.

In brief, the body should not be neglected at the first sign of the abovementioned diseases. The smallest abnormality may be the cause of serious health problems. I hope everyone will be very careful.
