“6 things” The most harmful to the pancreas will cause the pancreatic function to slowly lose.

Diabetes in many cases is the result of patients who have type 2 diabetes that is caused by bad living habits. If diabetes has been diagnosed, the old habits must be changed in order to allow the body to slowly regain normal functions; otherwise, the condition will still worsen. These six things related to diabetes are even more dangerous. Pancreas, don’t do it.

1. Greasy diet

The diet of diabetes patients should be as light as possible. Greasy food will not only intensify the fat accumulation in the liver and pancreas, but will also make the fat that is stored in the abdomen, which is termed as visceral fat, more. This fat directly affects the ability of the pancreas to secrete insulin and the production of insulin antibodies, which in turn weakens the pancreas and makes it lose the function of secreting insulin ahead of time.

2. High salt content

The high salt diet has a major disadvantage for the pancreas in that it raises the insulin antibodies, makes hypoglycemic drugs less effective, further stimulates the pancreas to secrete insulin, and thus raises the burden on the pancreas.

3. Blood sugar fluctuates greatly

Slightly higher than normal blood sugar is not a big problem; however, the most important thing is that does the blood sugar fluctuations should be small. The human body is a balanced system. The highest blood sugar levels are sometimes very high and sometimes very low, which will make the secretion of insulin lose control and hence the aging of the pancreas will be accelerated.

4. Irregular movement

Exercise is known to decrease blood sugar, but irregular exercise is of no use to blood sugar. Not only does it elevate the load on the pancreas, but is also against body circulation.

5. Refuse to add drugs

The original drug dose can no longer keep blood sugar at a stable level as the age of diabetes increases. At that time, you should decide to increase the dose, take insulin or the drug that suits you best, and say no to the adjustment. Furthermore, when blood sugar is extremely high, it can only make blood sugar stable. The pancreas is suffering from great stress, and thus aging is getting faster.

6. Alcoholism

The regular consumption of alcohol to excess is the main cause of pancreatic damage besides being the most destructive to the pancreas. Alcohol can damage the pancreatic tissue directly and thus it should be avoided.
